How do I become an escapist?

Book your tickets online in advance, then show up, put your thinking cap on, and do everything in your power to beat the clock! You can always walk-in and buy tickets upon arrival, however we cannot guarantee that there will be available games at that time.

Am I smart enough to play?

Yes! Don’t get us wrong, it’s challenging — not everyone escapes in time. But it’s really a win-win: If you finish in under 60 minutes, you are rewarded with eternal glory, and if you don’t make it out, you get a solid hour’s worth of fun. (And it is fun, whether you escape or not!)

Is it safe?

Definitely. All of the games are monitored by a trained Operator, and an emergency exit is always available in case of discomfort or emergency. Simply put, you are never locked in a room.

Is it scary?

It's not meant to be! The lights may get dim at some points, but there's no (intentionally) spooky music or sounds, no frightening pictures, and no one is going to jump out at you - though we can't speak on behalf of your own teammates.

Any restrictions on who can play (age, etc.)?

There are no age restrictions, but we recommend 8 years of age and up. You also can’t have landed on our Prohibited Players List due to lateness, disruptive behavior, etc. We do not allow intoxicated game play and reserve the right to refuse service and/or cancel the game without a possibility of re-scheduling if any of the team members are deemed intoxicated.

Are corporate/full venue bookings available?

Yes! Escape games are great team building events. You can book any amount of games for your group, all games are PRIVATE. However, if you’d like to use our shared lobby privately for your event, you would need to either book all 4 of our games or pay an extra fee to secure the whole facility just for your event.

Private events are available every day from 11 am to 10 pm and can accommodate up to 30 players at once. For larger groups, we would run 2 rounds of games. Please fill out this form to request an event or to ask any related questions.

Is there a min/max number of players per game?

Yes! "Society" and "Spy" are designed for 2-8 players, while "Bunker" and "Alchemist" - for 2-6 players. Upon request, we can stretch the max capacity by 1 or 2 players, however we wouldn't recommend it due to the limited space and number of puzzles in each game.

If your group size is significantly over the max capacity of the game, we recommend splitting into smaller teams and playing multiple games side by side.

Do the puzzles ever change?

Every 3 years or so we retire one escape room and introduce an entirely new one — new theme, new puzzles, the works. Keeps us busy, keeps YOU happy. Unfortunately, this also means that each scenario has a limited life span. Play them before they're gone!

Can I cancel or reschedule?

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Re-scheduling policies:

1. No rescheduling is allowed within 24 hours of the scheduled game.
2. A 30% rescheduling fee (of booking subtotal) will apply 72-24 hours prior to the scheduled game.
3. A 15% rescheduling fee will apply 72+ hours prior to the scheduled game.
4. You must call in to request and pay the rescheduling fee in order to reschedule your game. All rescheduling is based on availability.
